By placing an order with NIRIAHS BD, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Product Checking & Return Policy
- Customers must check the product carefully while the delivery person is present.
- If there is any issue with the product, or if you simply do not like/want the product after seeing it, you may return it immediately to the delivery person.
- In case of a return at the doorstep, the customer must pay the applicable delivery/return charge to the delivery person.
- Once the customer receives the product and the delivery person leaves, NIRIAHS BD will not accept any return or exchange for change of mind or dissatisfaction.
- Therefore, please make sure to check the product, size, color, design, and overall condition before accepting the delivery.
2. Delivery Charge
- Outside Dhaka — All over Bangladesh: ৳130
Delivery charges are applicable according to the delivery location and may apply to returned orders as well.
3. Delivery Time
- Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 days from the date of placing the order.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier conditions, weather, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
4. Order Confirmation
- Please provide a correct name, phone number, and delivery address when placing your order.
- NIRIAHS BD may contact you to confirm your order before shipping.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete information may be delayed or cancelled.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are requested to:
Provide accurate delivery information.
- Keep their phone available during the delivery period.
- Check the product before accepting the delivery.
- Pay the applicable delivery charge for any doorstep return.
6. Acceptance of Terms
